Ciaran spent over 25 years successfully leading International Operations for multinationals, including Dell, Barclays, and It Works! Marketing. He has served as an Executive Director on the boards of Financially Regulated Companies. He is a natural problem solver and leader with a passion for listening and learning and a genuine interest in people.

He built high-performing teams, delivered significant change projects, and added millions to the bottom line everywhere he worked, including blue chips like Dell and Barclays.

The scope of his leadership knowledge is extensive, leading management and P&L responsibility for multiple teams, including Customer Service, Supply Chain & Logistics, IT, Human Resources, Project Management, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and Sales. Ciaran has experience scaling businesses across Europe, North and Central America and APAC regions and leading remote teams.

Ciaran holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technological University of Dublin and professional certification from reputed institutions.
